Lowering the legal limit may hinder more than it helps
A new movement called the Amethyst Initiative, consisting of college presidents across the nation, has set its sights on opening up the drinking age to debate. The city of San Marcos is limiting how many students can live together in one house. On August 7, the council put into effect a housing ordinance that says one single family house can have no more than four leases.
